What kinds of questionnaires does Rendro handle?
Excel (.xlsx) and CSV questionnaires today, including files with several tabs, dropdown lists, merged cells and hidden columns. Word and PDF questionnaires, and online portals, are on the roadmap.
Will it make things up?
No. Rendro only answers from the documents and past answers you give it, and shows the source for each one. When nothing supports an answer, it says so and marks the question for your review instead of guessing.
We don't have SOC 2. Can we still use Rendro?
Yes. Most small SaaS companies don't. Rendro answers from your policies, past questionnaires and company facts, and clearly flags the questions where you have no supporting evidence yet.
How is this different from pasting it into ChatGPT?
A chatbot gives you text. Rendro gives you their spreadsheet back, filled in, with a source for every answer, the unsupported ones flagged, and the same wording every time thanks to your answer library.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Your documents and answers are processed under commercial API terms that don't allow training on your data, and each company's data is isolated in our database.
Do reviewers cost extra?
Never. Invite as many engineers, lawyers and executives as you need to review answers. You only pay for editors and the number of questionnaires.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your workspace moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted or locked, so your documents and answer library are waiting when the next questionnaire arrives.
Can I cancel anytime?
